Offtake agreements can provide producers with a defined route to market, clearer delivery planning and a long-term commercial relationship. Each structure is subject to technical, commercial, legal and responsible-sourcing review.
Where appropriate and agreed, commercial models may include pre-financing or debenture-based structures in exchange for materials supplied under the offtake agreement. Terms are evaluated case by case and documented around clear milestones and controls.
