An offline-first workflow can capture location, supplier identity, lot references, photographs and supporting documents locally. Once a trusted connection returns, the record is synchronised without asking field teams to recreate the event from memory.
The technology is only one part of the solution. Clear operating procedures, controlled access and practical training determine whether digital evidence reflects what actually happened on the ground.
